Privacy Policy

MomentWire is currently a private, owner-operated media workflow in active development. This Privacy Policy explains how MomentWire accesses, uses, stores and shares data, including data obtained through Google APIs.

Google API Limited Use disclosure.

MomentWire's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Data we access

Depending on the service authorized by the account owner, MomentWire may access basic connected-account or channel information, media selected for publishing, publication status, and performance analytics needed to operate the product.

For the current YouTube integration, the implemented permissions are limited to uploading owner-authorized videos, reading YouTube channel/account identity, and reading non-monetary YouTube Analytics reports.

2. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing MomentWire functionality that the account owner has requested. Examples include confirming the connected YouTube channel, uploading a selected video, checking provider publication state, and displaying or learning from channel/video performance analytics.

MomentWire does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to create unrelated user profiles, or permit humans to read Google user data except where necessary for security, support, compliance, or an action explicitly requested by the account owner.

3. Storage and security

OAuth credentials are kept server-side and are not exposed in public browser code. Operational records may retain provider IDs, timestamps, publication states and analytics needed for audit, recovery and product operation. Access to the private application is protected by owner authentication.

4. Sharing and transfers

Data is shared only with service providers and platforms required to perform the owner's requested functionality—for example, sending owner-authorized media to YouTube for publication or storing owner-selected media in authorized storage. MomentWire does not sell personal data.

5. Retention and deletion

Operational data is retained only for as long as needed for the workflow, security, auditing and recovery. The account owner may request deletion of associated stored data by contacting MomentWire@lapspec.tech. Google access can also be revoked at any time from the Google Account security / third-party connections settings.

6. Current development status

MomentWire is not presently offered as an open public service. It is in private development while engineering, platform integration and verification work is completed. There is currently no open public registration.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated as functionality changes. Material changes to how Google user data is accessed, used, stored or shared will be reflected here before the related functionality is made generally available.
