Terms of Service

These terms describe the current MomentWire pre-launch environment. MomentWire is an owner-operated system in active development and is not presently offered for open public registration.

1. Current availability

The product is a private development environment. Features, interfaces and integrations may change before public release. A public launch will occur only after development and applicable platform verification or approval work is complete.

2. Authorized account use

Platform integrations may be used only with accounts the operator is authorized to access. Connected-platform functionality remains subject to the relevant provider's terms, developer policies, API policies and technical limits.

3. Content and rights

MomentWire is designed to apply rights and source checks before media is prepared for publishing. The operator remains responsible for ensuring that content has the necessary permissions and complies with applicable law and platform policies.

4. Google / YouTube integration

When Google authorization is used, MomentWire requests access only for implemented product features. The current YouTube workflow uses authorization to upload selected videos, confirm the connected channel identity and read performance analytics. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

Because MomentWire is pre-launch software, features may be changed, limited or temporarily unavailable while reliability and policy compliance are validated.
